In all other cases ,buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice. 2.We do not accept any returns after 7 days from delivery date. Return / Replacement Criteria Eligible : You received a faulty/defective item You received a physically damaged item You are unhappy with the item quality The item is different from description on the website There is Size/Fit issue Not Eligible: Items that have been worn/washed/soiled Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, intimate wear cannot be returned on account of hygiene Items which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items Terms & Conditions: Items must be in their original condition Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled items with their original tags will be accepted Brand packaging should be intact Replacements/Exchanges will be made on the basis of availability of that item or pincode serviceability. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1- 3 business days)
We have a return courier service available if you would like us to coordinate the return shipment for you. We will simply deduct the genuine return charges from your refund amount. Collection will take place from your nominated address on a business day (i.e .not a public holiday or sunday within your state ) between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
