Fasdest accepts cancellations that are made within three hours of ordering. After this time, the order is out of the queue and can no longer be adjusted for any reason. If you cancel within the three hour time frame, you will receive a credit to your account within 5-7 business days. Email :

1) We only accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date.

2) Items must be in their original condition, Brand packaging should be intact.

3) All items in bundling promotion is not eligible for partial cancels, exchanges, or returns. 

4) We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 

5) We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

6) Sale products are not eligible for returns.

7) you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused

8) Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

9) After receiving the returned product, we will provide you a store credit amounting the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order.

10)You can use the store credit code with a validity of 1 year for any product listed on our website

As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged,  you should email us at the details along with a picture within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided into the customers' bank account.
